Proprietor of Agentur Pippilotta, Basel (www.pippilotta.ch).
She is a certified primary school teacher, youth worker for gender specific youth work for girls (NDK FH), project director and process designer, guardian at litem (CAS FH) and course leader in areas including gender-conscious pedagogy, cross-curricular and extra-curricular gender-specific youth work for girls, as well as gender-specific health promotion and violence prevention. With her projects she contributes to social processes and contributes to molding new social forms.
Carmen Bregy
Arip Pilot Project Basel Co-Initiator and Co-Director
Publicity expert and communications consultant (www.bregy-buschle.ch). She had the idea to produce posters with girls against sexual violence.
She co-developed the campaign-concept and co-managed the Arip pilot project in Basel until the end of 2007and developed the concept for the national dimension.
Julia Büchele
Project Assistant and Contact Person for Arip International
She studied Ethnology and German Philology in Vienna and Basel and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Basel in 2006. She is currently completing a Masters in Knowledge and Organization in the Faculty of Communications and Social Sciences at the University of Luzern. In 2007 she was an intern and member of staff at the Girls Council in Basel. Since 2009 she is a member of the Women’s Council in Basel and works as an assistant for Agentur Pippilotta.
Adrienne Fichter
Strategic Consultant
She graduated with a major in Political Science (lic.phil) from the University of Zürich in March 2009 and went on to complete an academic internship at the Federal Office of Social Security (Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen) until November 2009. During her studies she worked for the nonprofit organization "Terre des Femmes" as a Gender specialist and as a research assistant at the Centre for Political Education and History Didactics. Since December 2009 she has been involved with the design and set-up of the new political platform www.politnetz.ch as Community Manager.
Fabienne Schroeder

In 2006 she completed a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Basel. In 2007 she was an intern and member of staff at the Basel Girls Council. She studied Dissocial, Delinquent and Criminal Behavior and Integration at the College for Social Work and a certificate program in Integration and Sexual Violence at the University Psychiatric Clinic in Zürich. Since 2007 she has been working for Human Resources at Novartis.

She co-developed and implemented Arip’s photographic concept.
Since 2002 she has been working as a freelance photographer (www.annetteboutellier.com)for diverse Swiss print media, cultural and nonprofit organizations and independent projects.
Cornelia Biotti

Since 2007 she has been working as a freelance photographer (www.corneliabiotti.ch) in fields such as people, reporting and documentation. Travel photography is her greatest passion.
Katrin Ginggen
Arip Graphic Designer
She created and implemented Arip’s graphic concept and design.
She works as an independent typographic designer (www.ginggen.ch) in Basel. She graduated from her studies in Typographic Design in Basel. Predominantly she develops design concepts for institutions, businesses and organizations in cultural, educational and social fields.
Giancarlo Jannuzzi
Youth Work Consultant
He is the proprietor of the outreach clinic “Hau den Lukas“ (www.hdl.ch) in Basel, Olten and Luzern. His fields of practice are youth work, coaching and the themes socialization, violence and gender in adult education.
